Order Processing Time
All orders placed after the deposit payment are received. Generally, the placed orders are processed in 40-45 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they become available.

Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. And we do not ship to P.O. boxes. For any questions or need help, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
